These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReferaPal (“ReferaPal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, referral tools, and text messaging features (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReferaPal provides tools and messaging that help deliver referral links and send referral-related notifications, such as referral invites, reminders, and account/service updates.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
If you opt in to receive text messages from ReferaPal, you agree that:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 1 888-437-2240. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a message at the time of signup. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information (including a valid mobile number if you opt in)
Use the Service lawfully and respectfully
Not misuse the Service (spam, harassment, fraud, or attempting to exploit the system)
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe misuse is occurring.

We don’t guarantee:
A specific number of referrals or business results
That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times
That all messages will always be delivered successfully
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
ReferaPal and its logos, content, and Service features are owned by ReferaPal or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReferaPal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.
If liability is found, ReferaPal’s total liability for any claim will not exceed $100.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
You violate these Terms
We believe your use could cause harm, legal risk, or abuse of the system
You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
